Kinco ED series servo driver is a completely-digitalized servo system supporting control over velocity, position and torque. Functions like drive, control, field bus communication and I/O control are intergrated into the driver, ED drives are capable of storing up to 256 program segments in the internal memory, each segment can have up to 8 sequence commands.
In this way, the driver can store 256 different motion curves containing parameters like acceleration, deceleration, maximum speed, target posotion and etc. In its memory. All Program segments can be executed through the 8 digit input channels on ED drivers can be controlled thriugh versatile communication methods including RS232, RS485, CANopen, Profibus-DP and user-defined protocols.
Multiple ED drives can be networked together for applications can where data exchange among axis is required.
ED drives can be connected to Kinco HMI products via RS232/RS485 connections. Configurations of CANopen or Profibus-DP netwoek are easy with the EDS and GSD files provided.
