- Suitable for soft and semi-hard dough.
- Available in 4, 5 or 6 rows.
- Hourly capacity of 1,000 to 2,000 pcs/row.
- Avoid stress to dough due to mechanical action of machine.
- Gentle handling by star wheel closing system and adjustable pressure in portioning chambers.
- Large teflon coated s/s hopper of approx. 25kg capacity.
- Uses touch screen system with 50 storable programs.
- Also available models with electromechanical controls.
- Choice of model with eletromechanical control or touch screen control.
- Weight range from 25~210gm, depending on model.
