Description
SZXQ-100 automatic single head mounting press is an advanced hydraulic water-cooling equipment. Inlaying is a very important process of metallographic sample preparation, especially for some tiny samples and irregular shaped samples. Inlaying is an essential procedure of sample preparation for subsequent grinding and polishing process. The whole process of inlaying is controlled by programing, realizing one button operation of the process of heating, loading, holding, cooling and unloading. There are 3 mold sizes of Φ22mm, Φ30mm and Φ45mm for inlaying to meet the different requirements. The solidified inlaying program are suitable for thermosetting materials, such as urea-formaldehyde molding powder and bakelite powder materials. The high level of automation process makes sample preparation work easier and it gives better inlaying quality.
